Rare Gas Purifier - RG - 0 - Vijayesh Instruments Pvt Ltd presents rare gas purifier, Model RG - 010. This is used mainly in spectroscopic methods of applications or analysis where an inert atmosphere is needed for testing samples. This purifier makes use of stainless steel reagent tubes containing magnesium and molecular sieve. The molecular sieve is outside the furnace while magnesium reagent tube is inside the furnace at a controlled temperature. The purifier works on power supply of 230 V AC, 50 Hz, 3 kW and flow rates max 35 lit/min. It has a control unit with control lights and switches, solid state temperature controller with a robust thermocouple. The purifier is connected between the rare gas cylinder and the equipment. After a protracted use, the magnesium reagent tube can be easily replaced. The molecular sieve tube may be replaced or regenerated for reuse.

Non Contact Thermometers - Non Contact Thermometer is what Vijayesh Instrument offers. It is a hand held infrared thermometer and non contact temperature sensor with 4-20 mA output. It is manufactured by Calex Electronics Limited, UK. The size fits in pocket like a pen and the temperature range is 20 to +500°C. It's features include high accuracy, fast response and the display shows average ,current maximum and minimum temperatures. Operation is simple - just aim, press the scan the button and read the temperature soon. This thermometer is useful for inspection, test and maintenance applications in industries such as automotive, plastics, food and beverage, rubber, textiles, paper and packaging, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, HVAC, electrical, asphalting plus many others. The non contact sensors are of high quality, low cost, diminutive in size, which measure the temperature (-20 to 50°C) of inaccessible or moving objects and materials. They measure temperatures from 0 to 250°C accurately and consistently, with an prominent response time of 250 mSec. The 4-20mA output is compatible with almost any indicator, controller, recorder, data logger, etc, without the need for special interfacing or signal conditioning. These Instruments are very easy to install and will operate in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.
