Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauge - Waaree Instruments presents 2½" dial glycerin filled pressure gauge, perfectly suited and precisely designed for various kind of industries like hydraulics and pneumatics application, where the vibration and fluctuation of pressure exists in the process. These gauges are supplied in association with the world’s 2nd largest manufacturer, Nuova Fima, Italy. These gauges are so designed, which consists of 3 piece design socket with in-built fluid restrictor and snubber, which enables to withstand pressure fluctuation and 98% Parma grade glycerin is used to restrict the vibration in process, increasing the life of instruments. The case and bezel are made of stainless steel and internals are made from non-ferrous material. These gauges are available in local and back mounting with ¼" BSP connection. Other options are available on request of the customers. The ranges are available from vacuum to 600 kg/cm2. These gauges are ideally suited for hydraulics and pneumatics machines, compressors, plastic machines or any other vibration and pulsation to prone application.

Bimetall Thermometer - Waaree Instruments introduces a bi-metallic thermometer. This comprises of bi-metallic basic sensing element using the different temperature co-efficient expansion principle of metal to measure the temperature of the process media. These gauges are offered with 2 ½", 4" and 6" dial sizes with an accuracy of ±1 %. These are basically made of complete stainless steel material including case and bezel and bulb/stem material. The ranges offered from -200°C to 600°C. However, these are not recommended for more than 500°C, as linearity gets affected in the high ranges. The mounting range available with the bottom and back entry with rigid stem and adjustable angle type. The bulb sizes are available in 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm with fixed or adjustable process connection to adjust the immersion length. These can be fitted with electrical contact. In case of high pressure or agreeable media applications, thermowell are recommended along with this instrument. These instruments come along with the factory calibration certificate and also can be supplied with traceable certificate for ISO purpose.
