3phase with Single Phasing Prevent Timer - Gautam Enterprises introduces a unique timer (3PT) with a direct 3-phase switching capability. It can directly switch 3 phase motors with the help of a built-in contactor and hence direct 3-phase I/P and 3 phase O/P are available. Options of switching motors up to 15HP are available. The 3-phase indication through 3 different coloured LEDs are supplied on the front panel. Should any of the phases fail, it has a built-in single phasing preventer. The timing for delayed off switching can be set through the front panel by thumbwheel switch. Ranges are available in options of 0-99 seconds or minutes or hours. It can also be mounted with the existing motor and starter configurations. Reset is fabricated in a sturdy MS body duly powder coated. By using 3PT, a lot of energy can be saved in terms of man-hours. Further, it reduces panel wiring and is through the reset provided on the front panel or power on reset. 3PT can be used for any application that requires the switching of 3-phase motors. Typical applications include stirrers, colour mixers, pumps, fans, driers and blowers.

Water Level Controller - Water Level Controller is the latest attraction from Gautam Enterprises. This can be used to fully automate the water pumping level or the maintaining water level. The controller presents two-level control of either an underground tank or overhead tank. Two such controllers can be wired and used to control and automate the water level maintained at the overhead and underground tank. Further, it also assures complete safety for dry running of pumps. Stainless probes are provided with each controller as a standard feature to provide absolute stability. Sensitivity adjustment is provided on the front panel for different kinds of water (hard and soft). Fully automatic operation saves costly man-hours, eliminates human error, prevent overflowing of tanks, wastage of water and dry running of pump. The controller, with a highly stable circuit, is housed in a compact, wall mounting, epoxy coated metal box (96 x 96 x 80 mm) and is ideally suited for long, maintenance-free stable performance.

Industrial Telephone Ringer - Industrial Teklephone ringer from Gautam Enterprises is an innovative venture. This rings in a very loud tone along with the telephone instrument. Telering senses the incoming telephone ring and switches on the loud built-in gong and bulb to draw immediate attention. It has a complete solid state circuit for maintenance free working. It can be used on direct line/any make of EPABX. The device rings in the same tone as the telephone instrument (this feature is particularly useful for an EPABX). It does not load the telephone line whereas it only senses the incoming telephone ring, as it draws its power from 230 V supply. Digital time switch, G-Series - Gautam Enterprises presents G-Series of digital time switch that permits to switch on and switch off automatically any electrical system/appliance without needing physical presence. This helps to automate and save a lot of man-hour, which in turn increases production per shift/day. For any system that needs some kind of pre-setting (either heating or cooling) time, this can be easily done with the help of the time switch. The time switch is offered with a weekly off day programmable option that helps run the switch only on the required number of days. A security key lock makes it tamper proof. Digital Temperature Controller - Gautam Enterprises introduces a full range of digital temperature controllers encompassing all sizes and all inputs. The front panel is multi-coloured and the device consists of set micro switch, pot for setting the temperature and 7-segment LED for temperature display. Indication for relay status is provided. They are available in sizes of 96 x 96 (full DIN), 72 x 72, 96 x 48 (half DIN) and 48 x 48 (quarter DIN). The controllers are available for I/PS of thermocouples (FEK, CRAL) or RTD (PT100). The control action (either time proportionate or on/off types) is user selectable. The relay O/P is 1C/O at 7A @ 230 V (resistive) with snubber circuit mounted internally for increasing the life of the relay contacts. The accuracy is at 1 per cent.
