This is specially designed for obtaining weld of radio graphic quality at high welding speed for the welding of storage tanks,ship building barges, high pressure pipeline, pressure vessels, overhead cranes, locomotive fire boxes, wagons, machineries, bridges and wherever strength joined with finish and fine rippled bead is required. Characteristics of Indo-Commander-SS: very easy and best weldability in all positions, self peeling slag, negligible spatter loss, very calm and smooth arc, good penetration and high rate of deposition with normal amperages, less consumption of current, and excellent mechanical and chemicals properties.

This is a heavy coated rutile type X-ray quality, all position electrode used for the welding of highly stressed joints X-ray quality, all types of mild steel and low-alloyed structures steels. It is perfect for radiographic quality on tubes and pipes for boilers, railway coach, heat exchangers, storage oil tanks, ships, panels, etc. Characteristics of Indo-Commander-S: best weldability in all positions at the same amps, self-releasing slag, very low spatters and high rate of depositions, smooth and shining bead with fine ripples, less consumption of current, excellent striking and re-striking properties, and excellent mechanical properties.
