Rapid Curing Bandage - Ravin Impex presents Quick Wrap, a rapid curing bandage. This is designed for quick repair,cracks, leaks, fracture casting and corrosion porosity in metal (ferrous and non ferrous), plastics, concrete and asbestos clad piping carrying water, oil, steam and most gases, solvents and chemicals. It assails high temperature, high pressure, and most chemicals, and is easy to use giving permanent repairs, maximum security and strength. Its application is simple with elementary preparation like roughening and cleaning the area to be repaired, after shutting down pipes and hoses. It needs to be soaked in fresh or salt water for 20 seconds to activate the bandage. Curing begins upon opening the package, so it must be done quickly. The entire package must be used at one time. Its advantages are as follows. It withstands high pressure up to 115 bar, cures within 20 minutes and dielectric test - 16,000 V. Chemically resistance to most dilute acids, brine, oils, toluene white spirit, xylem, sodium hydroxide, saturated soda solution, fuel oils, kerosene. Results: no surface changes.
