Electronic Foreign Particle Detector (FPD) - Vetal Textiles & Electronics presents an electronic foreign particle detector (FPD). This is effective in removing contaminants from cotton in the blow room of spinning mill.. The equipment is designed to suit domestic and local conditions where the contamination levels are higher. The FPD is fixed as the last machine in the blow room and the cotton is fed vertically into the system from the top. The detection zone with cameras signals the presence of contaminant and the air jet diverters eject the contaminant through the air jet nozzles in the diversion zone. Its technical specification are as follows: supply voltage - 440V AC, 50 Hz; power consumption - max 2 kW; compressed air - water free dried air of pressure 6 to 7 bar; and duct size - equivalent to 220/300 mm dia. Fire Diversion System (FDS) - Presented by Vetal Textiles & Electronics the Fire Diversion System is to detect small fires (even sparks) in the blow room of textile industry. Product description: the fire diversion system detects small fires, even sparks in the ducts and divert the fired cotton fibres to a quenching tank to put down the fire. The spark detector locates any minor spark in the duct and the spark diverter directs the fired cotton fibres into the quenching tank to avoid any fire accident. Its key attributes are as follows: extends coverage to filter rooms and compactors. Technical specification: offered for 0/300/350/400/450/500/600/800 dia ducts.
