PNEUMATIC VIBRATORS - We manufacturs pneumatic vibrators in two designs, Turbine type & piston type. These vibrators are light in weight &
can be easily installed in any position directly to the structure
to be vibrated. These vibrators can be used in various applications such as declogging of hoppers, chutes, vibratory feeders, tables and screens.

Bin Activators - SAIDEEP bin activator consist of
conical shape discharge zone which is connected to storage silo
or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed by one special flexible sleeve made of rubber. One unbalance vibrator motor is fixed
on one side, which when operated
makes the material flow normally through the opening provided at
discharge point.

Unbalance Vibro Motors - The unbalance motor generate
rotary centrifugal force due to unbalance weights fixed on either side of the motor. This centrifugal force set the hole mass vibrating. The frequency of vibration depends on motor RPM. and the amplitude of vibration depends on the mass being vibrated.

Overband Magnetic Seperators and Susupension Magnets - The magnets are manufactured in modular construction having
tripolar design with coil cores to match the conveyor belt width.
The electromagnetic coil is either made out of copper or aluminum
wire with fiberglass insulation. The coils are manufactured under
rigid quality control and are designed to withstand the rough tropical duty condition.

Drum Type Magnetic Separators - The magnetic Drum separator is most ideal for separation of iron
particles from granules & powders It is widely used in Glass, Ceramic, Chemical, Fertilizer, Plastic and Food Industry. Magnetic Drums in
300mm. Diameter & in length varying from 300mm. To 600mm.
Suitable for feed capacities upto 2 tons per hour can be given on short deliveries. Magnetic drums upto 600mm. Diameter and length up to 1500mm. Which could handle upto 10 tons per hour.

Coolant Magnetic Separator - Coolant magnetic separator have been designed and developed to clean the coolant liquid of very fine ferrous particles which cant be removed by conventional filters. Its use assures uninterrupted flow of pure coolant liquid which is a must for any precision grinding operation. Incorporation of coolant magnetic separator on grinding machine improves performance of the machine with better surface finish of the job which is otherwise not possible.

RARE EARTH MAGNETIC DRUM - These drums have magnetic strength upto 6000 gauss on the surface and very high magnetic gradient. They can attract fine iron & iron oxide impurities from a distance of 50 mm. without
any problem. This results in higher handling capacity & assures optimum purity of end product. The drum assures automatic separation of magnetic non magnetic materials & it used in automatic process line.
