They have been grown to the most exacting technological standards, are of steadily high quality and every component is subjected to rigorous testing. All Elektromag vibrator motors are radically robust, highly stable under load, quiet running and maintenance free. It's features are in detailed dimensioned cylindrical roller bearings, pre-packed lubrication for a maintenance-free, long service-life; vibration resistant, high quality resin impregnated windings, impervious to moisture and dust; end shields fitted with special rubber "O" rings to give dust-tight and watertight enclosure; robust terminal board, cable guides cast in vibration resistant synthetic resin; reliable high-torque starting; quality-controlled components, each motor tested under load; permanent and legible markings on the out-of-balance weights; stable lifting lugs; vibration-proof mounting with generously dimensioned holding-down bolts (this provides good foot-height); absolutely secure fixing of the out-of-balance weights; highly stressed ductile cast-iron parts; versatile mounting with a wide range of mounting positions; and reliable operation in all positions.
