Dry Block Calibrator - Dry Block Calibration bath CAL Sys 650 is the latest attraction from Tempsens Instruments. This is designed to provide firm and accurate temperature to provide the meansto professionals to calibrate temperature-sensing devices by comparison method. CALSys is used to calibrate thermocouples, RTDs, glass thermometers, temperature switches, etc. Dry block calibrators give the most convenient, portable facilities for checking industrial probes and they normally achieve reasonably rapid heating and cooling. The unit contains of a specially designed heated block within which is located an insert having wells for the probes the block temperature is functioned electronically of the desired temperature. The whole assembly is stored in a freestanding case. It is a portable unit, which can be taken on site calibration as it is 300 (H) x 290 (L) x 220 (W) in dimension and weighs only 7.8 kg without insert. Other features: temperature range is ambient to 650°C, the heating time is comparatively less, ie, 30 minutes, temperature display is 10 mm and LED display in red colour. Insert options are as per customer requirement. Master sensors, ie, semi standard thermocouples and semi standard PRTDs are supplied as accessories along with the calibration bath.

The small , highly accurate fully digital and fast infrared converter has an amazing accuracy of ± 0.5 percent of the measured value. It has long temperature ranges. It has a choice of sighting system, ie, laser pilot or through lens sighting. Digital or Analogue can be the instrument output. Interface can be RS232 or RS485. Platinum Resistance Temperature Detector - Introduced by Tempsens Instruments the Platinum Resistance Temperature Detector assures accuracy and reliability of measurement. For effective temperature measurement with platinum resistance thermometers, optimum adaptation of its mechanical and other technical characteristics to the specific measuring problem and location is crucial. This asks for a wide range of resistance elements with various characteristics. The tolerance values of resistance thermometers are classified as follows: Tolerance class - A Tolerance (0ºC): 0, 15 + 0, 002[t], Tolerance class- B, Tolerance (0ºC): 0, 3 + 0, 005[t], where t = modules of temperature in °C without regard to sign.
