Cast Nylon - Cast Polymers offers cast nylon, which has got a lot of engineering advantages over metals to fit almost all types of industries. Cast nylon is self lubricating, light in weight, high impact and tensile strength, chemical resistant and works quietly. Cast nylon finds its place in pharmaceutical, fabrication, marine, textile, chemical and engineering industries. Range: rods - 20 mm to 200 mm diameter; sheets - 5 mm to 75 mm thick; gears - spur, helical, worm, rack and pinion, and bevel; and components - custom made. Grades: natural - ivory; self-lubricating - green and blue; and high-impact - grey and black.
