Under Crank Shearing Machines - Under Crank Shearing Machines are the latest enticements from Pal Fabricators. These machines are most suitable for cutting to size general purpose MS and SS sheets/coils up to 6 mm thick. These are robust in construction and are designed for best clarity and maintenance free operation. Side frames are made of solid steel plates designed for optimum strength and rigidity to withstand high-speed performance at full capacity. Lower knife bed is fabricated in a closed box type construction. These forms are rigid backbone for the shear and the lower knife for more strength additional ribs are added under the table. Cutter beam is made of solid steel plates carried the upper knife ensure lesser load on bearings due to its minimum weight. Blades used in the machines are 4 edged HCHC grade which is premium quality material used for shearing knives. Key and clutches are made of alloy steel for better and continuous operations having 3 key ways in the EN-24 insert. All bearings and bushes used in these machines are of PB-2 for longer life and low maintenance.

THE MACHINES ARE AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT SIZES AND CAPACITY TO FULFILL CUSTOMERS' REQUIREMENT. THESE MACHINES ARE AVAILABLE IN 0.1 TO 2MM THICK X 1300 MM X 11 ROLLS, SPECIALLY DISIGNED FOR TIN PLATD, PCRC AND CRGO; 2 TO 6 MM THICK X 2100 MM X 13 ROLLS FOR CR AND HR COILS; AND 6 TO 12MM X 13 ROLLS, FOR HR COILS. THE BODY IS MADE OF SOLID STEEL PLATES, PLANED ON PLANER AND BORES ARE DONE ON GERMAN MAKE HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINE. TO GIVE ACCURATE AND SMOOTH MOVEMENT TO ALL ROLLS, THE MACHINE HAS A DISTRIBUTION GEARBOX, WHICH GIVES MOVEMENT TO ALL ROLLS SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE HELP OF UNIVERSAL JOINTS. ALL BUSHES USED ARE OF PB-2 TYPE.
