Pneumo Controller for Suction Motor - GAARK Micro Device presents Sure Air pneumo controllers for suction motors used in textile machines. The technologyhas the needed suction pressure resulting in outstanding working condition of the machine thereby maintaining the actual level of production. The device saves power consumed by the suction motor of autoconers by means of advanced microcomputer based control system. The pneumo controller unit when connected to the suction motor can ensure a constant negative with PID control system. The unit when connected to the suction motor can ensure a constant negative suction pressure. The suction motor, with the inverter gets the instruction for acceleration and thus the autoconer uses only the energy required at every moment of time to attend the end breaks. As a result the power consumption reduces followed by improvement in the capture of the upper/lower yarn ends. Spin Drive for Spinning Unit - GAARK Micro Device presents a spin drive to monitor and control the speed and production of spinning. The device monitors the tin roller rpm, front roller rpm, spindle speed, delivery rate TPM and TPI. The user-friendly menu-driven software makes the operation very easy. The device can work with any kind of standard inverters while full-fledged production can be monitored with the help of an optional centralised computer network. The shift changeover can be automatic or manual with the help of programmable grace time settings. Programmable start-up speed and length ensures smooth start-up in case of power interruptions at any spindle speed to reduce start-up end breaks. Technical specification: 16-character 2-line LCD display; programmable smooth acceleration/deceleration during start-up, stop and doffing of ring frame; storage of 10 cops build-up patterns with count identification; and 3 relay outputs for machine control.
