Full Wave Welding Rectifiers - Miraj Electrical & Mechanical Company presents Full Wave Welding Rectifiers. Its features include : fully thyristorised infinitely variable current setting over the entire range of 10 A to rated current; 100% copper wound; automatic current stabilization; and finger touch control, pretty useful when welding is carried out at a distance of 140 metres and recurrent current adjustments are to be made. Power saving is approximately 33% over conventional type of thyristorised welding rectifiers; 38% over transducer type of welding rectifiers; and almost 45% over welding transformers. The energy saving device installed will make the no load loss almost zero. MTW 400 A6 is also manufactured with built-in remote On/Off switch. In-built high frequency unit can also be provided. The rectifiers are provided with changeover switch from manual to TIG process to cut off initial surge activity which is not required for TIG process. MTW 400 A6 has also been custom built to pulsed TIG welding machine. Up slope and down slope facility is also available without pulsing facility. MTW A6 series have in-built manual arc with hot start facility. The moment the electrode touches the work piece, an extra current is injected into the electrode for prevention of freezing as well as to start welding with deep penetration. TW A6 series are also provided with additional hot start facility to get additional current for a short period for hot start to re-melt the craters from the previous electrode, avoiding slag inclusion. A push button is fitted along side the remote control. The operator could obtain extra current by simply pressing the push button. MTW A6 series are specially designed for all types of welding electrodes particularly E6010a type. MTW A6 series can optionally be provided with energy saver, remote On/Off system, HF console, TIG welding torches, water cooling system and allied accessories.

Weaver Weld Automate - Miraj Electrical & Mechanical Co introduces Weaver Weld Automate, a fully automatic CO2/MIG-MAG welding system. Mounted on magnetic flexible tracks with permanent magnets, this is perfect for vertical up, horizontal, downward, and other positional welding with weaving facility and dwell control facility on either side to evade undercut with its controller and wave amplitude control. Features: input 220 V AC, single phase 50 Hz; fully transistorised, digital electronic control, fully swivelled to weld fillet welding from 0 to 45° by installing MIG torch on either side of the weaver weld; flexible track length 9 feet; actual welding travel distance 6 feet and each track can be coupled with additional extra track of 9 feet for desired distance; motorised on the track with anti drifting facility with positive drive holding teeth steel hardened, 0 to 44° for straight, bevel and fillet welding; min 0.1 mm to max 50 mm waves amplitude (weaver} setting with thumb wheel setting; 0 to 5 secs dwelling welding time can also be set infinitely variable. Controller with waves amplitude control; On-Off push button; dwelling time control, travel speed control with reverse/forward changeover switch; magnetic clamps to hold the controller; control cable 5 metres between controller to weaver field; and wire feeder with four wheel positive drive quick release and quick change over type with magnets to hold wire feeder on vertical to horizontal plates. Euro connection with flow meter and regulator including heater to weld with solid wire or flux cored wire either with CO2 gas or mixed gas.
