Toxic Gas Leak Detector/Analyser - Endee Engineers offers a range of gas analysers and detectors with features like: fast and accurate response; fail safe protection; long life electrochemical sensor specific to a particular gas; solid state electronics; continuous monitoring; two alarm levels; fail safe protection; recorder output; instrument or remote mounting type sensor; un-attended operation; and sampling by diffusion or sample draw pump. Description: Model 2620 (wall mounting) and 8420 (rack mounting) are state-of-the-art solid-state detectors designed to continuously measure, monitor and control toxic gases in the process flue gas and ambient air. It also comes with digital indication, the detectors have three light emitting diodes (LED), which denote the Low, High and Fail Safe alarms and its low and high alarm relays are utilised to activate personal safety warning and control devices. The O-IV/4-20 mA signal outputs are provided for recorder and control drives. The fail-safe supervisory provides a reliable indication that the monitor is fully operational. The "Fail Safe" design monitors the input power and status of power supply for the amplifiers and failure of any one of these functions illuminates a "fault light emitting diode". These detectors/analysers can be used for a range of gases.

These incorporate the most accepted and highly reliable, fast and accurate Shaw sensors, which are stable, have long life and feature automatic calibration, equipped with single or dual alarms, adjustable over the complete range with important features like the automatic calibration facility etc. Each sensor is precisely manufactured so as to saturate with water vapour at its design maximum and hence when the sensor is exposed to moisture above its maximum operating range, it will rapidly come into equilibrium at its design maximum and cease to respond to any further moisture. This forms the basis of automatic calibration and can be calibrated by simply exposing the sensor to any atmosphere, which is "wetter" than the operating range of the sensor (room air is sufficient) and by adjusting the calibration control on the front panel of the instrument to display the maximum range. The sensor is recalibrated and ready for use. Recalibrations can be carried out in situ and without taking recourse to any special equipment or skilled personnel and the net result is reduced down time, minimum calibration costs and immediate verification of the system.
