Low Vacuum Filter - Esab India in association with AB Ph Nederman & Co, Sweden presents low vacuum filters for controlling welding fumes.More critical is the filtration equipment if more dangerous is the air pollution. Brought to several filters that can handle air volumes from 1000 m3/hr to 10,000 m3/hr. Examples of air pollutants handled are: welding fumes, metal oxides,lime and grinding dust. There are portable, talcum powder, pigments, pharmaceutical powders, mobile and fixed models depending on the application or use. Smaller filters have replaceable filter cartridge. Larger filter units have cleanable and re-useable filters with long life. Typical filtration efficiency is more than 99.97%. The cleanable filters are automatically cleaned by mechanical flaps or pulse-jet compressed air. The larger filters can be successively cleaned on-line even as the unit is running. The mobile filters can be fitted with self-supporting extraction arms. The larger models are connected to centralised ducts. The Nederman filters have been developed to satisfy two important criteria: it must be able to offer a simple solution to a difficult problem; and it must be reliable with no need for supervision and complicated maintenance.

Friskus f Welding fume extractor - Friskus f Welding fume extractor is the latest offering from Esab India Ltd. For service , repair and other temporary work this is a very mighty and simple ventilation unit. It is excellent as an extractor for welding fumes,dust, steam, and for supplying fresh air during work in restricted or enclosed spaces. A small portable and easy-to--use fan, which in combination with inlet and outlet hoses, makes a pliable unit with a wide range of applications. The polycarbonate magnetic fume extraction nozzle makes it possible to be attached to any steel surface overhead vertical or horizontal. It is offered with integral motor cut-out, start-stop circuit breaker and plug connector. It can also be fitted with wheels for ease of transport. Welding inside pressure vessels, large diameter pipes is made easy with continued ventilation by the Friskus fan. Permitting comfort to the magnetic nozzle extracts the fumes and it is thrown out of the enclosed space.
